InstaHiiT allows you to measure and track your High Intensity
Interval Training (HIIT) workouts metrics and data it is not transmitted
outside of the app.
No Personally-Identifying Information
is transmitted to external locations when using InstaHiiT.
If you choose to have InstaHiiT integrate with HealthKit
then the application will have access only to the health data types you opt-in to
access.
The health data read from HealthKit is used for display within the app. It is not collected
or disclosed outside of your local installation of the app. Only those data
types relevant to the app are accessed.
InstaHiiT requests permission to write certain data types
into your HealthKit data store. These are used when
you perform a workout from InstaHiiT on an Apple
Watch.
In no case is your health data ever
transferred to a 3rd party. It is only ever kept within the application
container of InstaHiiT or transfered
to your personal HealthKit data storage as per your
permission choices.
A cookie is a string of information that
a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides
to the website each time the visitor returns. The InstaHiiT
website identify and track visitors, their usage of InstaHiiT
website, and their website access preferences. The InstaHiiT
website visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should

If InstaHiiT,
or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that
InstaHiiT goes out of business or enters bankruptcy,
